DFA, an accredited German institute in Cairo, Egypt, offers German language courses, including C1-level achievement, through both online and offline delivery by native and certified instructors, and has since expanded to include DFA School of Business and DFA Publishing. I served as Marketing and Business Growth Consultant for over 8 years, covering social media marketing and content planning through to broader marketing mix decisions including pricing strategy, product development, and offer positioning. The engagement supported transformation into a multi-branch education brand, contributed to adoption of AI across marketing processes, and achieved strong alignment between sales and marketing across all customer touchpoints.
